General Terms and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User") and ritz99 ("Platform", "we"). By registering an account, making a deposit, playing games, or accessing any part of the ritz99 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately. ritz99 operates under international licensing and provides services in line with the requirements of the relevant regulators.

• Not have been previously closed or banned from the ritz99 platform for any reason.

Account Rules and Responsibilities

Each user may only hold one active account. Owning more than one account ("multiple accounts") is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all related accounts.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. ritz99 will not be held liable for any losses arising from the disclosure of login information to third parties by the user.

• Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times.
• Users must notify ritz99 immediately if there is any unauthorised use of their account.
• Accounts are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or shared.
• Passwords should be changed regularly to maintain account security.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

ritz99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and the cryptocurrencies USDT, BTC and ETH. All monetary amounts on this platform use Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) as the base currency.

• The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM30 per transaction.
• The minimum withdrawal for all payment methods is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed within less than 1 hour after the request is verified and all verification requirements are met.
• ritz99 does not charge processing fees on standard transactions; however, network fees may be charged by the respective payment service providers.
• All deposited and won funds must be withdrawn to the same account or wallet used for the original deposit.

ritz99 reserves the right to delay or reject any transaction that is suspicious or that violates the platform's anti-money laundering (AML) policy. In such cases, users may be required to submit additional verification documents.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

ritz99 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered users. All bonuses are subject to their respective specific terms and the wagering requirements set. Users are responsible for fully understanding the terms of a promotion before claiming the relevant bonus.

The ritz99 welcome bonus offers a 100% match on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount received — meaning the bonus must be wagered 25 times before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

As an officially calculated example: a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM100, bringing the balance to RM200 with a wagering requirement of RM100 × 25 = RM2,500. A deposit of RM800 gives the maximum bonus of RM300, bringing the balance to RM1,100 with a wagering requirement of RM300 × 25 = RM7,500.

• Each user is eligible to claim the welcome bonus once only.
• ritz99 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and related winnings if there is fraud or a breach of terms.
• The use of betting strategies intended to fulfil wagering requirements at minimal risk ("bonus abuse") is prohibited and may result in the cancellation of the bonus.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.

Game Rules and Outcomes

All games offered on the ritz99 platform use an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness and random outcomes. Detailed rules for each game can be found within the game interface itself.

Outcomes displayed on the ritz99 platform are final once confirmed by the system. In the event of any technical dispute such as a connection interruption during a game, ritz99 will refer to the saved system records as the final reference.

• Game outcomes recorded by the ritz99 server are final and take precedence over any display on the user's device.
• Users are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection while playing.
• ritz99 is not liable for losses caused by technical disruptions beyond the platform's control, including disruptions to the user's internet connection.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through technical or other means is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited User Conduct

ritz99 users are required to conduct themselves in a fair, honest and lawful manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without warning:

• Use of third-party software, automated bots, scripts, or other technical tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Collusion with other users to manipulate game outcomes or abuse bonus structures.
• Money laundering through deposit and withdrawal activities without genuine intent to gamble.
• Providing false information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
• Using a bank account, e-wallet, or cryptocurrency account that does not belong to you to carry out transactions.
• Any form of fraud, hacking, or attempts to exploit system bugs.

Account Suspension and Closure

ritz99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to the following situations: breach of these terms, suspicious activity, a user's own request, or instructions from regulatory authorities.

Users may also request to close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

• A temporarily suspended account may be reinstated once the investigation is complete and the related issue has been resolved.
• Permanent account closure means the user may not re-register using the same or related information.
• Any valid balance in an account closed at the user's request will be returned in accordance with standard procedures, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements.

Limitation of Liability

The ritz99 platform is provided "as is" and, to the extent permitted by law, ritz99 makes no express or implied warranties regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

ritz99 will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to: financial losses from gambling activity, service disruptions due to maintenance or events beyond our control, or loss of user data caused by third-party factors.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

ritz99 reserves the right to modify, update, or add to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this website. Continued use of the platform after amendments are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
